About Me

My name is Femy. I work full time as a government employee. I live in Belleville, Ontario with my husband Rick and 2 kids Chelson and Jared and of course our 2 cats cuddles and skip. I love to create. I love to quilt, machine embroidery, cross stitch and card making, beading. I also like to write poems, short and longs ones :). Sometime in 2008, I was introduced to rubber stamps. I’ve been making cards for a while but have never used stamps before. I was also introduced to markers called Copics and started using them May 2009. Now I am hooked. So here in this place I call my own, I will share with you what I create and hope I inspire you to do a little creating yourself.

Flowers for everyone

Here is another card I made for my class tomorrow.  I used Penny Black’s Flower Gallery stamp set, Bo Bunny papers and white cardstock.  Copics used  YR04,YR2, Y15, G14, G99 & Colorless Blender.  I used masking on this one.  I wanted a larger flower  and I am pleased with the results. The butterfly is from CTMH stamp set just cannot remember which one.

This is card is also prepared for my class tomorrow.  I love the colors.  This photo makes the image colors darker.    I used Penny Black’s Flower Gallery stamp set again,   Bo Bunny papers and stampin up cardstock. Copics used  YR04, YR23, Y15, V12, V17, G14, G99 & colorless blender.  I used spelbinders labels to cut the image. The ribbon is from Michael’s.

Both images were stamped on simply smooth Bazzill cardstock using memento toxedo black ink.

This is all for today.  Have good weekend everyone. Thanks for visiting.
