About Me

My name is Femy. I work full time as a government employee. I live in Belleville, Ontario with my husband Rick and 2 kids Chelson and Jared and of course our 2 cats cuddles and skip. I love to create. I love to quilt, machine embroidery, cross stitch and card making, beading. I also like to write poems, short and longs ones :). Sometime in 2008, I was introduced to rubber stamps. I’ve been making cards for a while but have never used stamps before. I was also introduced to markers called Copics and started using them May 2009. Now I am hooked. So here in this place I call my own, I will share with you what I create and hope I inspire you to do a little creating yourself.

Early Christmas Post

I needed to start on my Christmas cards. Here is one I made recently.  I colored the Sarah Kay image a while ago but did not have a chance to use it.    I used Copics to color the image.  I used Spellbinder for the frame and some left over designer papers.  I have quite a few of them most are small pieces.  Just a short post for today.

I bought some new Maggies this week and am hoping to be able to color them soon.  There are a lot of new cute images out there.  Sometimes I have a hard time choosing which one to get first. Still, I am thankful I am able to pick and choose.

Today is my son’s  14th birthday and Thanksgiving weekend.  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Canada.  I have a lot of blessing to be thankful for.  I never forget to give thanks daily…Enjoy the turkey.  I cannot have turkey dinner at my house this year.  My stove/oven quit this week and the new one will not be delivered until next Thursday.

I want some turkey
