About Me

My name is Femy. I work full time as a government employee. I live in Belleville, Ontario with my husband Rick and 2 kids Chelson and Jared and of course our 2 cats cuddles and skip. I love to create. I love to quilt, machine embroidery, cross stitch and card making, beading. I also like to write poems, short and longs ones :). Sometime in 2008, I was introduced to rubber stamps. I’ve been making cards for a while but have never used stamps before. I was also introduced to markers called Copics and started using them May 2009. Now I am hooked. So here in this place I call my own, I will share with you what I create and hope I inspire you to do a little creating yourself.

A for Attitude

Isn’t this image a cute one.  It brings back memories.   I love this image from one of  the Gorjuss sets.  I saw a card online with some  piercing and just absolutely loved the look, so on this card I thought to try it.  At first I really had a hard time as I am sketch challenged.  I didn’t have a clue where to position it and I didnt have a sketch handy to use.  I was doubtful/uncertain to browse the internet   because if I start browsing, I wouldn’t be able to go back to my card.  I would be stuck in front of my laptop.  I just can’t help it, specially when there are a lot of talent out there.  It is always fun to look at other peoples work showing  their love and passion for this craft/hobby.  Absolutely love the eye candy and the ideas.  Thanks for sharing everyone.  I am inspired by you all.

Another easel card yet again.  I used copics to color her and framed her in Spellbinder.  Dont you think the sentiment compliments the image.  OHHH What an Attitude!!!!
